Abundance is closer than you think

What does abundance mean to you?

Big house? Fat bank accounts? Great relationships? Fast cars? Designer clothes?

For the longest time, I’ve always thought abundance meant lots of money.

Learning from Ken Honda, I now understand that everyone has a different idea of abundance.I distilled my definition of abundance to its essential core: to be able to do whatever I want, wherever I want, whenever I want with people I love.

Yet, I still thought abundance was such a far-reaching goal.I’ve envisioned abundance would look like travel to places with my loved ones. I don’t have the means and time freedom to do that yet.

However, through numerous reflective exercises, I realized I had been so blind. I have everything I’ve wanted and needed right now: a cozy home, a reliable car, meaningful relationships. I’m able to take trips with my loved ones. Maybe not to exotic places. But local shopping trips and eating out are still very enjoyable. I choose the time and the places to go.I enjoy every moment. I’m able to talk frequently with my loved ones. I never have to hesitate to contact anyone I care about.

Everything matches my definition of abundance, to the small details. So abundance is no longer something far-fetched.I’m already abundant.

I just figured this out recently. All because I sat down and really gave reflection some time and serious thoughts.

So ask yourself, what is your definition of abundance?

I hope your blinder can come off like mine did.
